- Central East Aged Care Alliance Seniors Housing

WA Regional Plumbing was awarded the hydraulic services contract by Pindan Contracting for the Central East Aged Care Alliance (CEACA) Seniors Housing Project which was completed in 2018-2019.

The CEACA Seniors Housing project consisted of 50 Senior housing units in the 10 Wheatbelt towns of Merredin, Nungarin, Mukinbudin, Kununoppin, Wyalkatchem, Koorda, Bencubbin, Beacon, Westonia and Southern Cross.

WA Regional Plumbing completed:

In ground drainage and water supply
Back flow prevention
Sewerage pump station packages
Storm water installations
Hot water systems
Quality fit offs

This project was across many townsites and the WA Regional Plumbing team did a great job managing staffing, resource and equipment allocation across the sites. The team enjoyed working in the range of rural townsites engaging with the local communities.
